- The minimum rental period is one week. It starts at 4 p.m. on arrival day and ends at 10.a.m. on departure day.
- A safety deposit is required. The amount varies from property to property and is given under each villa´s details. The safety deposit is refunded in total providing there is no damage to villa or equipment.
- Any breakages, loss and/or damages must be reported immediately to the owner, landlord or caretaker.
- The client agrees to follow any instructions concerning the villa, to use it in a common sense - like and decent manner. At the end of the holiday, the accommodation must be handed back clean and tidy.
- Once agreed, the number of guests using the accommodation are binding.
- A deposit of 40 % of the rental price is payable when making a booking. A reservation is complete when the money has arrived in the quoted bank account. If a booking deposit has not arrived within 8 working days the accommodation may be offered elsewhere.
- The full rent must be paid no later than 30 days prior to holiday commencement, otherwise the rental agreement may be cancelled.
- For late bookings (30 days or less before holiday commencement) the full rent is due on booking.
- In case of cancellation by the client, the booking deposit is forfeit. If cancellation is made 30 days or less before holiday commencement, the full rent remains due.
- Only in cases of acts of god, war, natural or human disasters can the landlord cancel the reservation. In such a case the deposit will be refunded in full.
- The landlord enters into no responsibility for accidents, damage and/or loss of property of the tenant or his party whilst they are on the landlord´s premises.
